Mô tả công việc:

  • Giảng dạy & Cố vấn: Trực tiếp giảng dạy xuất sắc, đồng thời cố vấn và phát triển chuyên môn cho đội ngũ giáo viên nhằm tối ưu hóa kết quả học tập của học sinh.
  • Phát triển Chương trình: Phối hợp với team Phát triển Chương trình, đưa ra phản hồi và đề xuất cải tiến để chương trình giảng dạy luôn hiệu quả và phù hợp.
  • Quản lý lớp học: Xây dựng môi trường học tập tích cực, quản lý lớp học hiệu quả và phối hợp xử lý các vấn đề hành vi phức tạp.
  • Đo lường & Đánh giá: Xây dựng và áp dụng các công cụ đánh giá hiệu quả, cung cấp phản hồi sâu sắc về tiến độ của học sinh.

Yêu cầu:

  • Bằng Cử nhân Computer Science (ưu tiên bằng cấp cao hoặc chứng chỉ giảng dạy uy tín) hoặc kinh nghiệm giảng dạy liên quan
  • Thành thạo phương pháp luyện thi, kỹ năng giảng dạy và thiết kế bài giảng.
  • Am hiểu công nghệ giáo dục; Kỹ năng nghiên cứu, phân tích tốt.
  • Tiếng Anh thành thạo (đặc biệt kỹ năng viết chuyên môn).
