WE ARE LOOKING FOR 02 EQUIPMENT INTERNS

1.One Intern: Responsible for End_line Quality checking solution for KOCH packaging machine 

This internship offers an opportunity to optimize and standardize the End-of-Line Quality Check (QLC) solutions & parameters for our high-speed KOCH packaging machines. You will gain hands-on experience with industrial vision systems, weigh checkers, and laser coding technology, directly contributing to our product quality and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables

• Develop and finalize the optimal parameter settings for the Equipments support quality control systems (Weighcheck, Laser Coding, Vision Systems)
• Perform solution validation: Target to achieve 100% error detection rate for Vision and Weighcheck systems, and 100% visual compliance for Laser Coding applications, ensuring zero escapes of non-conforming products.
• Documentation & Training: Create comprehensive, user-friendly documentation, including:

* User Manual: For system operation and basic troubleshooting.

* Maintenance Checklists: For autonomous (AM) and preventative (PM) maintenance, daily safety checks.

Final Project Report: Compile a detailed final report summarizing the entire internship, focusing on methodologies, practical application of learned concepts, achieved results, and key takeaways.

2. The other Intern: Responsible for Injection Molding Machine parameters optimization
This internship offers an opportunity to optimize,standardize & supervise machine parameters to maintain the consistent quality of products, minimize the material loss. You will gain hands-on experience with Injection Molding machines, IiOT systems, as well as  data analytics systems & tools to drive the equipment performance

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables

• Establish and validate sets of optimal parameters tailored for each specific product bundle configuration of Injection Molding machine.
• Integrate a system to alert operators/ Technicians immediately when machine parameters are set up outside the defined optimal tolerance range.
• Measure & use data analytics method to continue drive the Improvement of cycle time, target by 5% while maintaining quality standards
• Technical Documentation: Create a comprehensive report detailing the schematic diagram and electrical system of the assigned machines & product bundles

Final Project Report: Compile a detailed final report summarizing the entire internship, focusing on methodologies, practical application of learned concepts, achieved results, and key takeaways.
