JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking for a
Purchasing Staff
to join our ANF (Abercrombie & Fitch) team, who will play a key role in managing the procurement of materials and ensuring smooth and timely deliveries. With strong communication skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with both local and international suppliers. Key Responsibilities:

• Placing orders to suppliers in local & overseas;

• Calculating consumption & reviewing order details before issuing PO;

• Communicating with global suppliers, factories and related departments;

• Planning & handling shipment schedule for on-time delivery;

• Negotiating contract term with suppliers;

• Sourcing suppliers & developing trims globally;

• Solving problems caused by trim quality, delivery issue, etc.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field;

• Having 0-5 years of experience in related roles, preferably in the 𝐭𝐞𝐱𝐭𝐢𝐥𝐞 𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐲 or vendor companies.

• Proficient in English communication (verbal and written);

• Skilled in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);

• Strong organizational, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
