Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and data-driven Head of User Acquisition (UA) to lead our UA team and drive the growth of our mobile game portfolio. You will be responsible for developing and executing innovative user acquisition strategies that align with our business goals, managing a significant budget, and leading a team of UA managers to achieve our user growth and profitability targets.

Key Responsibilities
1/ Strategy & management

  • Lead the UA team's strategy, directly aligning with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Take full ownership of key business performance indicators, ensuring all campaigns deliver strong revenue and profitability.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of all UA campaigns to meet targets such as CPI, ROAS, and LTV.
  • Build and execute a clear plan for channel diversification, successfully scaling and conquering new ad networks beyond existing platforms.
  • Manage and allocate a large-scale UA budget effectively to maximize ROI and scale user growth.
  • Define the ideal candidate profile for the UA team and directly participate in the interview and selection process for new members.

2/ Team development & leadership

  • Elevate the professional standards and capabilities of the UA team through systematic, hands-on training and coaching.
  • Design and implement a clear competency framework and a personalized development roadmap for each team member.
  • Foster a strong culture of learning, knowledge sharing, continuous improvement, and a daily growth mindset within the team.
  • Be the visionary leader, motivating and inspiring the team to commit to common goals and achieve exceptional results.

Qualifications
1/ Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in the marketing field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a management position (Manager, Head, or Director).
  • Proven experience managing a team with a scale of 20+ members.
  • Open to candidates from outside the gaming industry, specifically from sectors with a strong focus on growth and performance marketing (e.g., E-commerce, Fintech/E-wallets, Digital Marketing).

2/ Achievements

  • Must have a portfolio of outstanding achievements that created substantial, high-impact value relative to the scale of previous companies.
  • Achievements must be officially recognized and demonstrable, including not only revenue figures but also proven success in building high-performing teams.

3/ Skills & Competencies

  • Data-driven mindset, deep ability to analyze metrics, interpret complex data, and make informed decisions.
  • Strong foundation in mathematics and economics to analyze campaign effectiveness, optimize budgets (increase/decrease), and forecast revenue.
  • UA Operations Expertise, firm grasp of core skills including market research and performance marketing campaign management...
  • Decisive decision-making - ability to identify opportunities within data and rapidly execute aggressive growth plans.
  • Inspirational leadership, ability to motivate, inspire, and lead a team to commit to common goals, combined with strong training/coaching skills.
