are building up our new Business Unit focusing on Tech-Recruitment focusing on the German market from scratch - join us as one of the first joiners of this business unit and be part of shaping the companies future

Your Scope of work

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you'll play a key role in connecting great talent with top companies - building relationships, solving hiring challenges, and making a lasting impact in a supportive, goal-driven environment.

  • Develop and manage your own portfolio of clients and candidates
  • Build long-term relationships and offer tailored hiring solutions
  • Source, interview, and guide candidates through the hiring process
  • Negotiate commercial terms and close deals confidently
  • Collaborate with your team to hit clear performance targets

What You Need to Succeed

  • A
    Bachelor's degree
    in any economic or IT major or a related field.
  • Fluency in English
    is an absolute
    MUST
    have
  • Ideally 3+ years of experience
    in recruitment, preferably in a headhunting firm.
  • Proven astonishing track record in the recruitment industry
  • Proven ability to source and identify top tech talent across multiple platforms.
  • Experience with CRM systems and resume databases.
  • Fluent in English with excellent
  • Ability to
    engage and convince
    candidates through messaging and calls.

For this role, we require you to relocate to Swan Bay, which is only 30 min from HCMC. We will provide the housing for you including a villa with private pool, gym, etc.

This will be like temporary a training bootcamp (max 1 year) in learning about the recruitment industry in Germany, to bring you on track to be successful for the german market
