Our client is a leading auditing company in Vietnam who is looking for experienced talent to join their firm.

Job Description

  • Prepare transfer pricing disclosure forms, benchmarking analyses, and comprehensive transfer pricing documentation.

  • Conduct transfer pricing diagnostics and evaluations for clients.

  • Draft transfer pricing reports under the supervision of senior managers.

  • Support clients during transfer pricing reviews and interact with relevant authorities as needed.

  • Actively participate in meetings; respond to client inquiries when appropriate, document meeting minutes, and proactively encourage Partners/Managers to follow up on action items.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their expectations and delivering high-quality service.

  • Develop an internal network across the transfer pricing department and other service lines to foster collaboration.

  • Assist managers in delivering internal technical training sessions and managing client engagements.

Requirements

  • Hold a bachelor's or higher degree in accounting, law, or corporate finance.

  • Possess a thorough understanding of regulations governing intercompany pricing in Vietnam, OECD transfer pricing standards, and BEPS initiatives, along with core principles of Vietnamese financial legislation.

  • Have at least three years of practical experience in transfer pricing-related work.

  • Demonstrate strong proficiency in both spoken and written English.

  • Be skilled in using MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Exhibit strong project management skills alongside excellent teamwork, interpersonal, and communication abilities.

  • Professional certifications such as VTCA, CPA, ACCA, CPAA, ICAEW, or transfer pricing credentials are desirable but not compulsory.
