  • Keep monitor sample making (from develop to PP sample) & discuss with technical and mechanic to choose the machine, attachment,… to help the worker can follow the method standard.
  • Calculate thread consumption for costing.
  • Keep monitor sample making (from develop to PP sample) & discuss with technical and mechanic to choose the machine, attachment,… to help the worker can follow the method standard.
  • Update operation breakdown & Thread consumption if have any changing and update to MR team.
  • Provide SMV & OB for planing team to do production plan.
  • Provide SMV & OB for production IE team to prepare layout & machine before feeding line.
  • Work with Production IE team to check actual operation breakdown, machine, cycle time & compare with SMV
