Make an impact

• Assess, monitor, and improve production efficiency, quality and yield using Lean, OEE, TPM and other methodologies.
• Evaluate current processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose improvements to enhance productivity.
• Optimize process sequences and ensure accurate routing times for all SKUs starting from product development and during mass production phase.
• Review routing time, standard work, and process balance loss to drive ongoing enhancements in cycle time and human motion.
• Analyze routing time trends to pinpoint improvement areas and reduce manufacturing time and costs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement technical innovations, eliminate non-value-added steps, and ensure compliance with process standards.

We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:

• Education background in
  Manufacturing, Mechanical and Industrial Engineering
  or relevant majors.
• Ideally 5+ years of working experience in Process Engineering related in international manufacturing environment.
• Proven track record in process standardization and improvements, problems solving with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Good knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Good English communication and interpersonal skills. Strong ability to gain trust with all levels of stakeholders.
• Proven organizational skills and ability to successfully manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
