Job Overview:

The Managing Director is the operational and cultural leader of Hubert + Partners. This role owns the daily running of the company across clients, projects, teams, and operations. You translate the founder's vision into a clear structure, a smooth workflow, and a trusted client experience.

You build strong relationships with Vietnamese and regional clients. You ensure consistent quality across all deliverables. You lead the internal team and create an environment that is modern, fast, disciplined, and creative. The Managing Director allows the founder to step into a chairman and visionary role while ensuring the company grows in a healthy and strategic way.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Operations


• Lead the company's daily operations in Ho Chi Minh City


• Build a high performing internal culture with clarity, accountability, and collaboration


• Manage the core team of strategy, project management, client service, and creative


• Ensure smooth workflow, accurate planning, and timely delivery


• Implement strong processes without killing creativity


• Protect focus, reduce chaos, and improve efficiency across the company

Client Leadership


• Act as the main representative of Hubert + Partners for clients


• Build trust and long term relationships with senior decision makers


• Lead client meetings, presentations, and communication


• Manage escalations and solve problems quickly and professionally


• Ensure expectations are set clearly and met consistently

What Success Looks Like in the First Year


• The company operates smoothly without the founder in daily operations


• Clients trust the Managing Director and feel supported at a senior/C-level


• Delivery becomes more stable with fewer last minute issues


• The internal culture becomes more aligned and structured


• The strategy and PM teams work together effectively


• The founder can focus on vision, innovation, and key opportunities


• Hubert + Partners wins one or two major new retainers or global projects


• The brand reputation grows in Vietnam and internationally
