Job Summary:

The Account Superviso
r plays a key role in client service, project management, and business development within the Account team. This position is responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring project excellence, and leading internal collaboration to deliver high-quality campaigns that embody the spirit of Omotenashi — exceptional hospitality, attention to detail, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client management: build and maintain good relationship with current clients.
  • Project management: coordinating with related department: Creative, Field Operation,
  • Procurement, technology & data team to prepare proposal, quotation to bid and deploy projects from clients to ensure service excellence.
  • Develop new business: approach and build new clients.
  • Responsible for billing/revenue target.
  • Team management: Involving in recruitment, training, coaching, supervising, and evaluating team members.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field.
  • At least 3 years' relevant experience in ATL/BTL marketing agency or marketing of FMCG companies.
  • Excellent client service skill and business development.
  • Excellent commercial skills with attention to detail.
  • Good Project management skill, leadership skills and a positive attitude.
  • Independence and initiative.
  • A structured and disciplined approach to project management.
  • Fluent command of written and spoken English.
