Role Description

We are looking for an experienced
E-commerce Fulfillment Warehouse Manager
to lead and optimize daily operations at our HCMC fulfillment hub.

This full-time, on-site position involves:

  • Managing inventory accuracy and stock levels
  • Coordinating inbound and outbound order fulfillment
  • Supervising, training, and developing warehouse staff
  • Ensuring fast, accurate picking, packing, QC, and carrier handover
  • Planning manpower and resources based on daily order volumes
  • Maintaining warehouse safety, compliance, and discipline
  • Improving workflow, layout, and operational efficiency to consistently meet SLA targets

You will collaborate closely with both the operations and technology teams to ensure the warehouse operates smoothly and meets SwiftHub's high performance standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily warehouse operations: inbound, storage, and outbound
  • Maintain accurate inventory control and real-time stock updates
  • Manage picking, packing, QC, and shipping processes for Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and D2C orders
  • Lead, train, and evaluate warehouse staff
  • Coordinate daily handover with logistics partners and carriers
  • Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with all SOPs
  • Plan workload and manpower to support peak volumes and fluctuations

Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in
    Stock Control
    and
    Inventory Control
  • Solid background in Operations Management
    and
    Inventory Management
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with e-commerce fulfillment
    (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, etc.) is a plus
  • Ability to work effectively under high-pressure, high-volume conditions
  • Bachelor's degree in
    Logistics, Supply Chain Management
    , or a related field

Salary:
15–30 million VND/month

Probation period:
2 months
