Daily Responsibilities

  • Update Inbound/Outbound shipment tracker (ETD, ETA, status release, FWD note).

  • Monitor shipment progress for jewelry, packaging, POSM, Fixture, and GWP; update declaration documents, CO, and invoice.

  • Prepare document checklist and archive files on server according to naming convention.

  • Track and record defect items returned from warehouse/stores and send weekly report to Logistics.

Weekly Responsibilities

  • Compile vendor update report (forwarder, warehouse, supplier).

  • Prepare data for actual cost file (invoice, transportation, insurance).

  • Support printing labels and packing list for warehouse handling at Lakeview.

Monthly Responsibilities

  • Update logistics cost forecast (based on actual cost file comparison).

  • Prepare document package for Finance handover (ensure complete invoice set).

  • Participate in shipment release handling with Logistics team.

Support for Merchandise (~15% workload)

  • Upload replenishment and promotion files on Portal under Merch guidance.

  • Handle PO creation tasks in system.

  • Prepare proposal documents and route for approval across departments.

  • Archive final Product Assortment and Promotion lists.

Support for Fulfillment (~15% workload)

  • Track and update delivery, return, and cancellation order logs.

  • Assist with packaging preparation for E-commerce during peak days.

  • Compile transportation cost reports for online channels.

Requirements

  • Basic Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTable, Filter).

  • Basic English reading for vendor correspondence.

  • Detail-oriented and familiar with logistics or import operations is a plus.

  • Strong communication and follow-up skills (email and internal chat).
