Role Description
This full-time on-site role as Manager, Customer Analytics, and NPS Insights is based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Responsibilities include analyzing customer data to derive insights, tracking and optimizing customer experience metrics such as Net Promoter Score (NPS), and delivering actionable recommendations to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty. You will collaborate with internal teams to identify growth opportunities, implement analytics strategies, and deliver regular performance reports and insights.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills, proficiency in data analysis tools, and experience in customer analytics
- Expertise in metrics management including Net Promoter Score (NPS) and customer experience analysis
- Data visualization and reporting skills with tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to deliver actionable insights
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience in presenting data-driven recommendations to stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Marketing, Statistics, Business Administration, or related fields
- Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail
- Experience in the insurance or financial services sector is a plus
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
