Quản lý Sản phẩm chịu trách nhiệm thành công của một nền tảng/dòng sản phẩm cụ thể. Định nghĩa chiến lược sản phẩm, lộ trình phát triển, và kế hoạch đưa ra thị trường. Làm việc chặt chẽ với các đội Kỹ thuật, Thiết kế, Kinh doanh, Marketing để tạo ra sản phẩm khách hàng yêu thích và thúc đẩy tăng trưởng kinh doanh.

Chiến lược Sản phẩm

  • Phát triển tầm nhìn và lộ trình nhiều năm cho sản phẩm

  • Thực hiện nghiên cứu thị trường và phân tích đối thủ cạnh tranh

  • Định nghĩa định vị và điểm khác biệt của sản phẩm

  • Xác định cơ hội thị trường và nhu cầu khách hàng

Lộ trình & Lập kế hoạch

  • Ưu tiên tính năng dựa trên giá trị kinh doanh và công sức thực hiện

  • Xây dựng và duy trì lộ trình sản phẩm (theo quý/năm)

  • Định nghĩa các chỉ số thành công và chỉ số hiệu suất chính (KPIs)

  • Quản lý công việc sản phẩm cùng với các Product Owner

Lãnh đạo Liên chức năng

  • Dẫn dắt phát triển sản phẩm từ ý tưởng đến ra mắt sản phẩm

  • Phối hợp với đội Kỹ thuật về tính khả thi kỹ thuật

  • Làm việc với đội Thiết kế về chiến lược trải nghiệm/giao diện người dùng

  • Hợp tác đưa sản phẩm ra thị trường
