MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC

  • Phát triển và bảo trì website WordPress, cộng tác với các team, xử lý sự cố và cải thiện sản phẩm liên tục.

TRÁCH NHIỆM CÔNG VIỆC

  • Phát triển và bảo trì website WordPress: custom themes, plugins, tích hợp giải pháp
  • Phát triển, lập trình website
  • Cài đặt, cấu hình plugins và mở rộng chức năng WordPress
  • Hỗ trợ team phi kỹ thuật (SEO, account, BD) sử dụng WordPress hiệu quả
  • Troubleshoot và sửa lỗi website

YÊU CẦU

Kinh nghiệm:

  • 1+ năm phát triển website với PHP, MySQL/PostgreSQL
  • 1+ năm làm việc với WordPress, Đặc biệt PHP, HTML, CSS

Kỹ năng bắt buộc:

  • Thành thạo WordPress Admin System, custom Themes & Plugins
  • Vững PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
  • Thành thạo ACF (Advanced Custom Fields)
  • Có kinh nghiệm tùy chỉnh WooCommerce
  • Responsive design cho 3 devices: Desktop, Tablet, Mobile
  • Hiểu biết về WordPress REST API
  • Kiến thức về SEO implementation (meta tags, schema markup, sitemap, etc.)
  • Có kinh nghiệm deploy website trên VPS và cPanel

Ưu tiên:

  • Kinh nghiệm với CMS/eCommerce khác: Shopify, Magento

Kỹ năng mềm:

  • Giao tiếp tốt tiếng Việt với khách hàng và team
  • Làm việc nhóm hiệu quả với nhiều stakeholders
  • Linh hoạt với thay đổi yêu cầu và requests khẩn
  • Giải quyết vấn đề nhanh chóng và hiệu quả

HÌNH THỨC LÀM VIỆC

  • Loại hợp đồng: Contractor (theo dự án)
  • Thu nhập: triệu VNĐ/ dự án (tùy theo độ phức tạp và quy mô)
