Team & Shift Support

·    Act as the main point of contact for office and operational support, especially during night and weekend shifts.

·    Be on standby for emergency response and critical issues outside regular working hours.

·    Collaborate with HR and Team Leads to address shift-specific concerns and ensure smooth operations across all shifts.

Office Operations & Administration

·    Manage day-to-day office operations to ensure an efficient and productive work environment.

·    Oversee office supplies, equipment, and maintenance needs; coordinate with relevant departments to resolve issues.

·    Liaise with building management, vendors, and service providers, ensure office operates smoothly 24X7.

·    Manage contracts and services related to office leasing and facility management.

Workplace & Operations Management

·    Coordinate workspace allocation, seating plans, and office layout adjustments.

·    Support the implementation of new processes and change initiatives to improve operational efficiency.

·    Assist with the documentation and upkeep of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

·    Maintain a deep understanding of serviced brands, including products, platforms, promotions, onboarding procedures, and transaction processes.

People Support & Employee Engagement

·    Promote a positive, inclusive, and collaborative office environment.

·    Support local HR in employee engagement activities, talent development, onboarding, and welfare programs.

·    Share knowledge and foster a culture of learning within the team.

·    Oversee team performance and handle daily operational challenges.

Communication & Coordination

·    Act as a liaison between departments, teams, and external partners.

·    Ensure effective communication and coordination of office-wide announcements, policies, and initiatives.

Finance & Compliance Support

·    Monitor office-related expenses, support budgeting, and ensure cost efficiency.

·    Assist in internal compliance processes and work closely with Finance and Legal when needed.

Qualifications and Requirements

:

·    Experience: Minimum of 3 years of management experience and leadership experience in operation, preferably within the fintech or BPO sectors.

·    Communication Excellence:
Mandarin Speaker.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively engaging a diverse range of stakeholders.

·    Leadership Capability: Proven ability to lead, inspire, and drive high performance within teams.

·    Analytical Acumen: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a results-oriented approach.
