  • Đón tiếp khách hàng, dẫn khách vào bàn theo tiêu chuẩn phục vụ của nhà hàng.
  • Tiếp nhận order, tư vấn món ăn – đồ uống và ghi nhận yêu cầu của khách.
  • Phục vụ món ăn, đảm bảo đúng quy trình, nhanh chóng và chuyên nghiệp.
  • Kiểm tra, dọn dẹp và set up bàn trước/sau khi khách dùng bữa.
  • Phối hợp với bếp, bar và thu ngân để đảm bảo trải nghiệm khách hàng tốt nhất.
  • Hỗ trợ giải quyết thắc mắc, khiếu nại của khách trong phạm vi cho phép.
  • Thực hiện các công việc khác theo phân công của quản lý.

Hình thức làm việc: Toàn thời gian

Yêu cầu công việc:

  • Tốt nghiệp Trung cấp/Cao đẳng/Đại học chuyên ngành Bếp hoặc Ẩm thực.
  • Có kỹ năng giao tiếp và làm việc nhóm tốt.
  • Nam/Nữ từ 18–30 tuổi, ngoại hình ưa nhìn là lợi thế.
