Job Title: Hardware & Software Test Engineer

Job Responsibilities

  1. Independently organize hardware-related information and output signal flow directions based on schematic diagrams and system diagrams.
  2. Based on the boards provided by electronic engineers, as well as the software platforms and mixes supplied by software engineers, independently complete platform construction, script timing writing, and debugging for single-board or system testing.
  3. Independently troubleshoot and resolve abnormal issues during equipment shipment and on-site operations.
  4. Independently conduct Design of Experiments (DOE) validation.

Job Requirements

  • Technical Knowledge

: Familiar with analog and digital electronics; capable of initially reading schematic diagrams and block diagrams, and extracting signal flow information therefrom.
- Programming Skills

:
- Master Lua syntax and writing skills; able to modify or add functions according to real-time needs.
- Proficient in C language development (a core requirement for the engineer position).
- Preferred: Experience in C++ microcontroller development, including architecture design, code practice, and functional modeling; mastery of Python script creation and log analysis.
- Code Management

: Understand and adhere to code development standards and processes; proficient in using GitLab and SourceTree for version control.
- Instrument Operation

: Skilled in using test instruments such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, power supplies, and loads to complete circuit debugging and analysis.
- Problem-Solving & Reporting

: Capable of resolving common technical problems and preparing various verification reports.
- Data Analysis

: Master the use of common data analysis tools (e.g., OPP/JMP/Data 360).
- Language Proficiency

: Able to access and understand English technical documents; competent in written and oral communication in either English or Chinese.
- Qualifications

: College degree or above;
- Experience Flexibility

: Experience in electronic circuit design can be slightly less, with higher requirements placed on the software-related competencies.
