What You'll Do

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Record, reconcile, and maintain accounting data and payment transactions (Ramp, MISA, QuickBooks, SAP).
  • Monitor accounts receivable and payable.
  • Review and verify accounting documents before processing payments.
  • Execute domestic and international payments; coordinate with departments to complete supporting documents.
  • Support preparation of cash flow, expense, accounts, and annual financial reports.
  • Organize and store accounting documents by type, date, and reference number.
  • Participate in internal control activities and assist in audits as needed.
  • Perform other accounting tasks assigned by the Accounting Manager or Management.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, or related fields.
  • 1–3 years of experience in internal accounting.
  • Proficient in accounting software (Ramp, MISA, QuickBooks, SAP) and Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, able to work independently and in a team.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
