Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Environment/Quality Auditor located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The Environment/Quality Auditor will be responsible for conducting thorough quality audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and implementing quality control measures.

  • Complying with the applicable audit requirements;
  • Communicating and clarifying audit requirements;
  • Planning and carrying out assigned responsibilities effectively and efficiently;
  • Documenting observations;
  • Reporting the audit results;
  • Verifying the effectiveness of corrective actions taken as a result of the audit;
  • Retaining and safeguarding documents pertaining to the audit:
  • Submitting such documents to Manager before the end of the audit,
  • Ensuring that such documents remain confidential,
  • Treating privileged information with discretion;
  • Adhering to all company policies relating to integrity and confidentiality of information.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience in social compliance audit or factory root cause and management system audit, training development experience.
  • University in Environmental, Technical field in Quality Majors.
  • Prefer local male candidate has certificate in one or more of the following schemes: BSCI, SA 8000, ICTI, WRAP, IRCA, TGI, GRS, RCS, HIGG or proof of successful completion of other social auditing training.
  • Experience in working in production environments and with brands, conducting compliance audit in factories/suppliers, especially in the apparel industry.
  • Good language ability: good spoken and written in English.
  • Good communication skills with ability to articulate concepts, solutions at executive level;
  • Ability to travel domestic frequently based on the set of factories allocated to the position;
