About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced
SAP FICO Consultant – Public Cloud
to support our SAP S/4HANA Cloud transformation journey. The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise in
Finance (FI)
and
Controlling (CO)
processes within the
SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud
environment. You will be responsible for driving finance-related implementations and ensuring alignment with SAP standard best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and configure
    SAP FI and CO modules
    in the
    SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud
    .
  • Work with business stakeholders to gather and document finance and controlling requirements.
  • Deliver key finance processes such as
    general ledger accounting
    ,
    accounts payable/receivable
    ,
    asset accounting
    ,
    cost center accounting
    ,
    internal orders
    , and
    profit center accounting
    .
  • Utilize SAP
    Best Practices
    and the
    Activate methodology
    to guide system setup.
  • Configure system using
    Self-Service Configuration UIs (SSCUIs)
    within the Public Cloud.
  • Ensure data migration, cutover, and go-live activities are planned and executed smoothly.
  • Conduct testing (unit, integration, and UAT), training, and end-user support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., SD, MM, HCM) to support integrated processes.
  • Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Minimum of
    3–5 years
    of hands-on SAP FICO experience, with at least
    1 year
    in
    SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud
    .
  • Strong knowledge of
    financial accounting (FI)
    and
    management accounting (CO)
    modules.
  • Familiarity with SAP
    Fiori apps
    ,
    Manage Your Solution
    , and
    SAP Public Cloud configuration tools
    .
  • Experience working with SAP
    Best Practices
    and
    SAP Activate methodology
    .
  • Understanding of
    In-App Extensibility
    for SAP Cloud solutions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • SAP S/4HANA Finance
    Public Cloud Certification
    is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with
    SAP Central Finance
    or
    Group Reporting
    .
  • Knowledge of
    SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)
    for financial reporting.
  • Familiarity with
    integration to external systems
    (e.g., tax engines, banks).
  • Exposure to
    cloud compliance
