1. Mục tiêu công việc

Đảm bảo vận hành, khai thác và tối ưu hệ thống ERP Acumatica cho công ty; đóng vai trò cầu nối giữa người dùng nghiệp vụ (Business Users) và đội ngũ kỹ thuật (Developers/MIS Technical) để triển khai, vận hành, đào tạo, và cải tiến các module ERP,
đặc biệt module Supply chain Management
, phục vụ mục tiêu quản trị và phát triển kinh doanh của doanh nghiệp.

2. Nhiệm vụ chính

- Phân tích yêu cầu & Thiết kế giải pháp

  • Phụ trách phân tích & thiết kế chức năng cho nghiệp vụ SCM (Mua hàng, kho, bán hàng)
  • Cùng tiếp nhận và phân tích yêu cầu nghiệp vụ từ các phòng ban (Kế toán, Mua hàng, Kho, Bán hàng, Sản xuất...).
  • Chuyển đổi yêu cầu thành tài liệu Functional Specification, Use Case, Workflow.
  • Đề xuất giải pháp phù hợp (customization, configuration hoặc best practice).
  • Tham gia kiểm thử (UAT/SIT), đánh giá và phê duyệt giải pháp trước khi triển khai.

- Triển khai & Quản trị hệ thống ERP

  • Cấu hình hệ thống ERP (master data, chart of accounts, approval workflow, reporting structure).
  • Hỗ trợ triển khai module mới, hoặc tích hợp hệ thống với.
  • Quản trị phân quyền, bảo mật dữ liệu và đảm bảo tính toàn vẹn thông tin.

- Đào tạo & Hỗ trợ người dùng

  • Soạn tài liệu hướng dẫn sử dụng (User Guide, SOP).
  • Đào tạo, hướng dẫn end-users trong quá trình sử dụng hệ thống.
  • Tiếp nhận và xử lý sự cố (troubleshooting, incident handling).

- Báo cáo & Phân tích dữ liệu

  • Thiết kế, xây dựng và duy trì hệ thống báo cáo quản trị (Financial, Operational, BI Dashboard).
  • Phân tích dữ liệu từ ERP để hỗ trợ ban lãnh đạo ra quyết định.

- Cải tiến & Quản trị dự án

  • Đề xuất cải tiến quy trình vận hành thông qua ERP/MIS.
  • Tham gia hoặc quản lý các dự án CNTT/ERP liên quan đến chuyển đổi số, RPA, AI/BI.
  • Đảm bảo dự án hoàn thành đúng tiến độ, chi phí tối ưu và chất lượng.

Yêu cầu công việc:

  • Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành Kế toán, Kiểm toán, Tài chính, Hệ thống thông tin hoặc Công nghệ thông tin.
  • Có kinh nghiệm sử dụng hoặc triển khai ERP (ưu tiên các hệ thống như Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365 hoặc Acumatica).
  • Hiểu rõ nghiệp vụ kế toán Việt Nam và các quy định tài chính liên quan. Ưu tiên ứng viên đã làm việc trong các công ty FMCG (hàng tiêu dùng nhanh).
  • Kỹ năng phân tích nghiệp vụ, tư duy logic tốt, giao tiếp và làm việc nhóm hiệu quả.
  • Cẩn thận, chủ động, chịu được áp lực công việc và có tinh thần hỗ trợ người dùng.
