As the right-hand to the Freight Operations Director at
Giao Hang Nang
, you'll dive into some of the most complex and high-impact logistics challenges in Vietnam: How do we deliver heavy, bulky goods — faster, safer, smarter?

This is a hybrid role between data analyst, project manager, and operations strategist — built for someone who thrives on actionable insights, operational rigor, and meaningful outcomes.

What You'll Do

1. Champion Heavy Goods Quality

  • Build smart dashboards that track damage rates, root causes, and loss hotspots across the freight network.
  • Turn numbers into narratives: analyze deviations and communicate clear, urgent insights to on-ground teams.
  • Launch initiatives to reduce damage/loss and uplift the end-to-end customer experience.
  • Be a key player in designing a "premium heavy goods delivery model" that is scalable, reliable, and measurable.

2. Turn Data into Decisions

  • Develop and automate dashboards to track cost, productivity, and SLA across hubs and routes.
  • Partner with Tech/Data teams to implement predictive alerts, scorecards, and tools that reduce blind spots.
  • If you know Python or RPA tools — great. If not, we'll support you in learning. What matters is your data-first mindset.

3. Drive Strategic Execution

  • Work side-by-side with the Freight Director to translate big ideas into on-the-ground execution.
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects involving Ops, Tech, Finance, and HR.
  • Build executive updates, forecasts, and project reviews that keep leadership aligned and accountable.

4. Standardize & Scale Excellence

  • Spot operational gaps, inconsistencies, or inefficiencies — and fix them.
  • Lead the rollout of SOPs and process improvements across key locations.
  • Foster a mindset of "better every day" by measuring the impact of each initiative.

What You Bring

Experience

  • 5+ years in logistics, supply chain, operations, or continuous improvement.
  • Proven track record in using data to drive operations and solve real problems.
  • Experience in freight or heavy goods is a strong advantage.

Skills

  • Analytical tools: Excel, Google Sheets, SQL
  • BI tools: Power BI, Tableau, or Data Studio
  • Automation: Python, RPA, or machine learning tools (nice to have, not mandatory).
  • Strong communication and stakeholder coordination across functions.
