Location: Bac GiangSalary: Up to 94,000,000 VND Gross/monthContract: 12 monthsStart: Jan 2026REQUIREMENTSBasic ProfileChinese Speaking (Must have requirement)Bachelor or above degree.≥ 6 years working, good English/Chinese reading/writing ability, willing to accept travel (up to 30% per Year).Quality/manufacturing experience is preferred, audit experience is preferred.Experience in project management is required, experience in people management is preferred.Strong experience in supplier quality management.Naked eye eyesight > = 4.8, no color blindness.Technical ExpertiseExperience in leading process control improvement.Strong quality related working experience with systematic problem solving sense, be able to lead critical issue resolving individually.Professional at quality management system, and quality tools like 8D, CPK, GRR, etc.Professional on process audit or quality system audit, supplier audit experience is preferred.Strong mechanical process or cosmetic/surface finishing knowledge is necessary, with physical cosmetic inspection experience is preferred.Know key parameters/control points of manufacturing processes.Soft SkillsGood communication with cross functional partners including internal, external.Seeking improvement opportunity, can participate and contribute systemic improvement activities with team.Strong data analysis/measurement experience are preferred, have ability to coach/support other auditor.Clear and logical reporting, know how to use chart/table to support reporting.Proactive to drive better vendor performance and support assignment from line manager.Additional RequirementsPrefer Mechanical manufacturing background.Prefer Quality Audit related experience.DESCRIPTIONIn line Quality AuditArrange or follow the audit plan.Quality Audit: Perform process/ORT/Cosmetic/Color/Gloss/Dimension/Kappa audit by following released documents or special requirement including but not limit to PQP, DFM, SIP, SOP, or other industrial standard.Audit training to vendor.Issue/Finding Follow upCommunication/negotiation with vendors/cross function team on the issues/findings; Escalation in case any critical issue happened.Drive efficient root cause & corrective actions against the issues/findings, perform on site verification/validation accordingly.Lead critical issue resolving in vendor site.Report & Framework of systematic method/solutionsTimely meeting/reporting with oversea manager is required, for audit performance rating, issue/finding updates, Monthly/quarterly/Annual reports etc.Support other works as on site quality audit rep.
