• Plan and execute sampling and trade/consumer promotion activities in line with company strategies and within the approved budget.


• Manage POSM quantity, liaise with suppliers for quotations, mock-ups, and delivery timelines.


• Monitor and analyze sell-in/sell-out data by region/team to ensure effective program execution.


• Conduct market research through agencies and field visits.


• Prepare reports as required by the Line Manager.


• Coordinate with authorities for marketing activity approvals.


• Collaborate with Sales on product display, merchandising, POS materials, and sales tools.


• Support exhibitions, events, and small brand activation within the approved budget.


• Perform other duties assigned by the Line Manager.

REQUIREMENTS

  • University graduated, major in Marketing/Digital Marketing, Business administration, other
  • At least 2 year in similar position in trade or brand MKT at FMCG or distributor company
  • Brand building & marketing operation activities (sampling, planogram standards…), and Trade marketing.
  • Marketing knowledge, data analysis, negotiation skills
  • Good command of PowerPoint and Excel.
