What You'll Do

  • Architect, build, and maintain robust backend systems using PHP (Laravel framework).
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams — Product, Frontend, QA, and DevOps — to deliver end-to-end solutions.
  • Write clean, reusable, and scalable code while following best practices and modern design patterns.
  • Improve performance, reliability, and security of existing applications.
  • Lead technical discussions, perform code reviews, and support team members' growth.
  • Work with international clients to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in backend development with PHP (Laravel framework).
  • Strong grasp of OOP, design principles, and API architecture.
  • Experience working with MySQL/PostgreSQL, Redis, and queuing systems.
  • Familiarity with Docker, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile workflow.
  • Experience in scalable system design and microservice architecture is a plus.
  • Strong English communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Highly responsible, proactive, and ready to onboard quickly.
