Your talent- Education: Bachelor degree
- Professional: Strong technical knowledge of shoe construction and manufacturing methods, Material property, nesting direction and supplier chain
- IT Skills: MS Office, SATRASum
- Language Skills: English, Mandarin is a plus
Aim to Sustainability Targets. Basing on given Sustainability targets to connect and transparent about the target with involved teams: Local for Local (L4Ls), RBUs, T1s and T2s
- Keep tracking for implementation.
- Suppliers prefer list following sustainability orientation
- Provide sustainability goal achievement to related teams.
- Pushing for sustainability innovation and cost comparison
- Keep tracking scopes uploaded and improve transparency
- DCF traceability solution and implementation T1 and T2s
- GHGs emission calculation and solution in material side
Consumption Collecting and data validation
- Collecting supplier annually consumption, especially with L4L stakeholders
- Data clearance and validation
- Coding all materials to support for sustainability tracking
- Creating T2s code (for sustainability purpose)
- Reporting in BI dashboard in order to support for tracking and analysis annual milestones
Project Management Assistance
- Finding tools/ templates to track the progress of projects
- Keep tracking the progress to observe that whether there is any risk of lateness and update to Line Manager for in time advices
- Consolidating data for bi-weekly catch up meeting
- Meeting scheduling with team members and relevant stakeholders basing on Development Milestones
- Docs preparation (IP, DOP,LOA)
