  • Vendor sourcing and management, updating material prices into BOQ (Bill of Quantity)
  • Contract negotiation.
  • Support project execution by collaborating with other departments on contract management, translation, and other tasks.
  • Participate in project bidding and assist the technical department in cost estimation.
  • Delivery and after sales support for the site team
  • Assist to KPI system set up for vendor.
  • Support in composing Procurement SOP and other document templates
  • Tìm kiếm và quản lý nhà cung cấp, cập nhật đơn giá vật tư vào BOQ
  • Đàm phán hợp đồng
  • Hỗ trợ triển khai dự án bằng cách phối hợp với các phòng ban khác trong công tác quản lý hợp đồng, dịch thuật và các nhiệm vụ liên quan
  • Tham gia thầu dự án và hỗ trợ bộ phận kỹ thuật trong việc lập dự toán chi phí
  • Hỗ trợ công tác giao hàng và dịch vụ sau bán cho đội ngũ thi công tại công trường
  • Hỗ trợ xây dựng hệ thống KPI cho nhà cung cấp
  • Hỗ trợ soạn thảo Quy trình Mua hàng (Procurement SOP) và các mẫu biểu tài liệu liên quan

Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu): Cao Đẳng

Yêu cầu công việc:

  • 1-2 experience required in SOLAR industry
  • Good communication, teamwork, problem solving skills.
  • Have team spirit and strong sense of responsibility.
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Supply Chain Management or Electrical Engineering.
  • Fluency in English or Chinese.
  • Experienced in commercial negotiation and contracting
  • Good communication with stakeholders both internally and externally
  • Có từ 1–2 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc trong ngành điện mặt trời (Solar)
  • Kỹ năng giao tiếp, làm việc nhóm và giải quyết vấn đề tốt
  • Có tinh thần làm việc nhóm và ý thức trách nhiệm cao
  • Tốt nghiệp Đại học, ưu tiên các chuyên ngành Quản lý Chuỗi Cung Ứng hoặc Kỹ thuật Điện
  • Thông thạo tiếng Anh hoặc tiếng Trung
  • Có kinh nghiệm trong đàm phán thương mại và soạn thảo hợp đồng
  • Có khả năng giao tiếp hiệu quả với các bên liên quan, cả nội bộ và bên ngoài
