Job description

·       Lead and manage Vietnam IT team, operations, priorities, and performance.

·       Ensure IT infrastructure and applications operate to the satisfaction of business and management team.

·       Manage cost planning and annual budgeting, expenditure analysis & reporting. 

·       Manage IT vendors, contracts, and procurement. 

·       Manage local business demands, expectations and requirements. Lead local IT projects and implementation, major upgrades and changes. 

·       Contribute to the planning and execution of global IT projects, and ensure operations are in line with expectations from global and regional. 

·       Manage local IT infrastructure requirements, collaborate with Global Service Delivery to plan and execute upgrades and changes. 

·       Ensure IT infrastructure, applications, software, policies, processes and standards are aligned according to global. 

·       Ensure reliable operation of data and system backups; define archiving process and retention policy. 

·       Develop business continuity plan to ensure timely recoverability of IT systems and operations in the event of cyber-attacks, information security threats, exploits, and unforeseen equipment loss/failure. 

·       Routinely audit local user access rights to critical applications, represent IT function in company audits, and manage local IT assets and processes. 

·       Identify and implement areas of improvement for end-user engagement, customer satisfaction, feedback, and NPS to meet global targets.

·       Other duties assigned.

Required qualification

·       BA or BS Degree in IT or related discipline.

Required working experience

·       Solid experience as an IT professional, strong related experience in managing various IT infrastructure services with multi vendors. 

·       Good cost planning, budget management experience. 

·       Willing to adapt to company & foreign culture with a positive can-do attitude.

Required language

·       Excellent communication skills (English).

Required knowledge and skills

·       Strong leadership, management and decision-making skills. 

·       Experience in project management and change management. PMP certified is preferred.

·       Proactive problem analysis skills, strong problem-solving ability.

·       Partly virtualized on premises, partly cloud-based.

·       IT-security.
