We are looking for passionate, proactive, and tech-loving collaborators to join us in organizing a major regional technology competition — TechSpire - Skilio SEA TechSkills Challenge 2025, targeting young talents from Vietnam, Malaysia, and Indonesia.
This competition is a platform for youth to showcase their expertise in UI/UX Design, Web & Mobile Programming, and AI & Data Science through real-world business challenges.
It is part of the Innovation Talent Exchange (ITX) program — a collaboration between the Governments of Singapore and Vietnam, offering a 1-year work visa that enables citizens of both countries to participate in cross-border job rotations in innovation-related sectors.
Through ITX, young talents from Singapore and Vietnam will gain hands-on experience, exposure to multinational work environments, and access to exciting career opportunities in technology and innovation across the region.

GENERAL REQUIREMENT
- Preference for candidates living and studying in Ho Chi Minh City.
- Hybrid working format: minimum 10–15 hours/week.
- Flexible online schedule; commitment required for 1–2 onsite sessions/week before the event and 3–4 sessions/week during the offline event period (December).
- Strong motivation for self-development in technology, communications, or event operations.
- Fast-thinking, trend-savvy, and able to create inspiring and creative content (especially relevant for Content/Design applicants).
- Skilled or familiar with digital tools such as Canva, CapCut, Notion, Google Workspace, etc.
- High responsibility, strong initiative, and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Effective time management in a fast-paced, simulation-based work environment.
- Potential review for internship conversion after 2 months with TechSpire, recommendation from TechSpire org team to different internship position across TechSpire & Edtronaut's network, including remote internship to international business based overseas as long as you are qualified (merit based recruitment process).

A. Communications Team
Plan and execute communication campaigns across social media platforms (Facebook, Threads, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
1.1 Content Writer: Create engaging posts, follow social media trends, craft inspirational and brand-aligned messages for the competition.
1.2 Visual/Video Designer: Design visuals and short videos using Canva, CapCut, Adobe, or similar tools.
B. Participants Experience Team
2.1 Leader
- Plan, coordinate, and manage the entire competition workflow (before–during–after each round).
- Prepare materials, manage registration, and oversee timelines and logistics for each round.
- Work with vendors for quotations, orders, and supervision of equipment and event setup.
- Coordinate closely with other teams to ensure progress, quality, and participant satisfaction.
- Supervise, assign tasks, and support team members to ensure an excellent participant experience.
2.2 Member
- Support documentation, registration management, and competition progress tracking.
- Assist onsite coordination and liaise with small vendors (printing, backdrops, gifts, etc.) under the lead's guidance.
- Ensure smooth operations and participant support throughout the competition.
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve operational issues.
C. Partnership Team
3.1 Leader
- Develop and implement partnership strategies with strategic partners (schools, sponsors, industry experts).
- Prepare and send sponsorship proposals, follow up responses, and liaise with key partners.
- Act as the point of contact with partners for sponsorship or event activation activities.
- Manage and support judges, mentors, guest speakers, and sponsors before–during–after events to ensure a consistent professional experience.
- Guide, assign, and monitor the progress of team members.
3.2 Member
- Support partner outreach and communication (schools, clubs, enterprises).
- Prepare proposal drafts, send emails, follow up on responses, and update progress.
- Assist in hosting and supporting judges, mentors, guest speakers, and partners during the event.
- Work with the Operations team and vendors to deliver partner activation and sponsorship activities.
