Our Impact
We are building Axon Records, a brand new cloud-based web application that will eliminate tedious paperwork, save time, save lives, and make the job of police officers more fulfilling. Over time, Axon Records will evolve into a family of law enforcement tools designed to make our communities safer.

You are a QA Engineering with the experience to work in manual and automation testings to ensure the efficient end-to-end, integration and component of product. You will be required the ability to prioritize work tasks in order to archive the best result in quality. You will be the people to improve the quality of records and transcription system, set the closed communications between the QA and development teams. Work Location:
This role is based out of our Ho Chi Minh City office and follows a hybrid schedule. We rely on in-person collaboration and ask that team members work onsite Tuesdays through Fridays, with the flexibility to work remotely on Mondays, unless there is an approved workplace accommodation. What You'll Do

• Responsible for end-to-end test and release of new features with high standards for quality.
• Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing
• Guarantee quality of products to decrease the maximum number of bugs after releases
• Manage bugs and product backlog, operational issues with your teams, as well as help confirm and validate customer-service reported defects.
• Collaborate with your peers in Development, Information Security, Site Reliability Engineering, Product Management, and QA to ensure that our software meets high standards for quality and security
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
• Investigate production issues and work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution and prevention of defects.
• Understand automation framework and increase automation test cases for regression test coverage.
• Support coaching Engineer in shift-left process and write automation tests

What You Bring

• 3+ years of software testing experience across a wide variety of applications and infrastructure components, QA processes, test management
• Demonstrate experience in test areas: web, desktop, mobile functional and exploratory testing
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing
• Familiarity with CI tool like TeamCity, Jenkins
• Have knowledge about API and performance testing.
• Solid understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
• Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude, strong organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate, make questions, and communicate directly with cross countries colleagues.
• Ability to collaborate and drive quality initiatives with dedicated teams from US and VN

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Shift left testing is a plus
• Experience enhancing QA processes
• Define and implement advanced quality assurance strategies and best practices to improve test effectiveness and efficiency.
• Develop and maintain scalable automation test frameworks and tools to support continuous integration and deployment.
• Expertise in test automation frameworks (Cypress, Playwright, Appium,...)
