Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise daily customer service operations.

  • Handle customer inquiries/complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring all requests are resolved effectively.

  • Responsible for preparing contracts, handling assignment cases, and Pink Book submissions.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.

  • Lead, train, and motivate Customer Relations team to achieve performance goals.

  • Collaborate with internal departments (Sales, Legal, Finance, Property Management…) to ensure smooth communication and issue resolution.

  • Monitor and report customer feedback, proposing improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all customer interactions.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Customer Service or Customer Relations.

  • Proven experience in leading and managing a team effectively

  • Experience in Real Estate industry is a plus

  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and professionally.

  • Good personal grooming, pleasant outlook and cheerful by nature.

  • Dynamic and able to multi-task.

  • Good working attitude and ability to maintain a high level of professionalism, integrity, initiative and excellent interpersonal skills
