We are looking for a Product Owner to lead the development and localization of a digital asset custody platform for institutional clients.

Company Description

IDGX is a venture capital fund specializing in blockchain technology, based in Vietnam. Our mission is to invest in companies that are utilizing blockchain to enhance the lives of people in Vietnam, Southeast Asia, and beyond. We are expanding into the field of digital asset custody and management. Leveraging our background in blockchain and frontier technologies, we are building secure and compliant custody solutions to support institutions in safeguarding their digital assets.

Role Description

The role will serve as a bridge between international technology providers and the local development team, ensuring smooth communication, accurate translation of technical requirements, and a clear vision for how the product should be built and visualized — from backend systems to client-facing dashboards.

Key Responsibilities

Product management

  • Translate global product specifications and custody architecture into localized product requirements that meet regulatory, compliance, and market needs.
  • Maintain the product backlog, prioritize user stories, and align deliverables with business goals.
  • Define product KPIs (security, uptime, transaction performance, UX adoption).
  • Ensure product documentation and user flows are clear and auditable.

Technical Coordination

  • Act as the main communication bridge between international technical teams and local developers.
  • Review and validate technical solutions related to wallet management (MPC/multi-sig), vault infrastructure, and API integration.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers to visualize dashboards, admin panels, and websites that reflect product logic accurately.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with compliance, operations, and business teams to align the product roadmap with strategic and legal requirements.
  • Prepare and present feature updates, product demos, and roadmap reviews to internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience as a Product Owner/Business Analyst/Project Manager in fintech, blockchain, or enterprise SaaS.
  • Solid understanding of blockchain wallet systems (MPC, multi-sig), and fintech infrastructure.
  • Experience with UI/UX tools (Figma, Miro) and agile management tools (Jira, Notion, Confluence).
  • Strong communication skills in English and Vietnamese; ability to work with cross-border technical teams.
  • Strong sense of ownership and ability to translate between technical and business perspectives.
