Marketing Leader sẽ dẫn dắt chiến lược marketing tổng thể để giúp SKALE tăng trưởng doanh thu và nâng cao nhận diện thương hiệu trong lĩnh vực HR Tech/SaaS. Đây là một trong những vị trí "then chốt" chịu trách nhiệm tối ưu hiệu suất các kênh marketing để đạt KPI về lead và conversion, đồng thời xây dựng đội ngũ marketing chuyên nghiệp và thống nhất về định hướng thương hiệu.

Vai trò và trách nhiệm chính:

  • Phối hợp xây dựng kế hoạch marketing theo chu kỳ tháng/quý/năm
  • Quản lý và hướng dẫn team marketing (Executive, Intern, Freelancer)
  • Giám sát và tối ưu hiệu quả quảng cáo đa kênh (Facebook, LinkedIn, Google, Zalo)
  • Lập kế hoạch và kiểm duyệt content theo định hướng thương hiệu
  • Phân tích dữ liệu và báo cáo hiệu quả chiến dịch.

Yêu cầu công việc:

Kinh nghiệm chuyên môn:

  • 7+ năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực marketing tổng thể
  • Ưu tiên kinh nghiệm B2B/SaaS hoặc công nghệ
  • Kinh nghiệm quản lý team hoặc điều phối freelancer

Kỹ năng chuyên môn:

  • Thành thạo các platform quảng cáo: Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads
  • Analytics tools: Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics
  • Marketing automation: CRM, Email marketing tools
  • Hiểu biết về SEO và content marketing
  • Kỹ năng quản lý dự án và planning tools

Kỹ năng mềm:

  • Tư duy logic và khả năng phân tích dữ liệu
  • Tinh thần ownership cao và chủ động trong công việc
  • Khả năng đa nhiệm và quản lý áp lực
  • Kỹ năng lãnh đạo và phát triển nhân sự
  • Communication skills tốt để phối hợp liên bộ phận
