Teaching

Beacontactpointandprovide pastoralcareforstudentsinyour responsibility;

Workcreativelyandcollaborativelywithcolleaguestodeliverexcellent lessons that are suitable for the children's learning styles and child psychology;

• Planandimplementextra-curricularopportunitiestoofferstudentsan English language application environment outside the classroom;

Designteaching aidsandeffectivelyusethemtomakelearning and teaching English more exciting and engaging;

Beresponsibleandcreativeinutilizingboards,corners…tomake English learning more effectively;

• Buildstrong relationshipswithstudents andusethemtoenhance students' learning;

Beaware oftheneedsofstudents;planlessonplans basedonsuggested ones, actively adjust the lesson plans to meet the student's needs and to reachstudent'spotentials,maintainingahighstandard ofexpectationsfor students;

Havetheabilitytointegratetechnologytosupportteaching and learning;

Bewilling tosharegoodpracticeswithothercolleaguesandengageina professional learning community to improve the quality of learning English in the Program Department;

Ensureeffective communicationswithcolleagues;

Assessment

Effectivelyprovide studentswithspecific informationonwheretheyare and what they need to do to improve their learning (one-on-one session, comments, or feedback after teaching and learning session …)

Theendtopictestwithwritten andspeakingYoung Learners Englishformatisusedto measure the knowledge and skills the students acquire.

• Administration

Completeandsendpostreportsandreminderstoparentsinatimely manner;

Beinvolved intheorganizationofschoolevents,assemblies,special focus week…

Maintainagoodquality displayintheclassroomandpublicareasthat relate to children's learning.

An annualperformance appraisal called a Professional Development Planisusedtosupport newrecruitersdevelop theirprofessional development plan;

Professional Development Plan is used to help newly recruiters to reach their continual developmentthrough identificationandimplementationofprofessional development plans.

• For foreign teachers:
• Candidates who have a diploma from a college or university specializing in English Pedagogy or:
• Have a College diploma or higher in English and any appropriate English Teaching certificate such as TESOL, TEFLE, CELTA, ETC), or:
• Have a College degree or higher, achieve a level 5 foreign language competency certificate in Vietnamese Standardized Test of English Proficiency or compatible and have an appropriate English Teaching certificate.
• Other documents as required by the law.
• Enthusiastic, sociable, diligent, cheerful, loves children.
• Experienced in teaching young learners.
