Role Description

Working location: Trang Bang Industrial Park, Tay Ninh

  1. Manage the entire production flow: raw materials (input), spinning processes (production), and finished yarn (output).
  2. Prepare and monitor production plans; analyze production performance and efficiency.
  3. Track production yield %, including material input, yarn output, and waste.
  4. Supervise functional yarn production and related processes.
  5. Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure production targets are met on time and within cost parameters.
  6. Analyze production data to identify areas for process improvement and cost reduction.

Qualifications

  1. University degree in Textile or related major.
  2. Minimum 5–10 years of experience in production planning within a spinning mill.
  3. Familiar with raw materials, spinning processes, and cost management in spinning production.
  4. Strong understanding of spinning process cost structure.
  5. Proficient in quantity control and process flow management.
  6. Spinning technology and design (from raw material to finished yarn).
  7. Production yield management and performance analysis.
  8. Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
  9. English communication
  10. Positive attitude, honesty, reliability, and good communication.
  11. Careful, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
