Role Summary

Là Senior Executive, Artist & Label Partnership, bạn sẽ trực tiếp làm việc với nghệ sĩ, label và management team để triển khai và vận hành fandom business trên nền tảng MFan.

Bạn là người "bridge" giữa nghệ sĩ – nền tảng – khán giả, đảm bảo nghệ sĩ hiểu rõ giá trị, sử dụng nền tảng hiệu quả và fandom phát triển bền vững.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hỗ trợ quá trình tìm kiếm, tiếp cận, onboard nghệ sĩ và label mới lên nền tảng MFan.
  • Làm việc trực tiếp với team nghệ sĩ (management, creative, marketing) để set up fandom page, membership tiers, benefit system, và launch campaign.
  • Theo dõi hiệu quả hoạt động fandom: tăng trưởng thành viên, tỉ lệ renew, engagement, doanh thu.
  • Phối hợp cùng các team nội bộ (Tech, Marketing, Creative, Ops, CS) để đảm bảo trải nghiệm tốt nhất cho nghệ sĩ và fan.
  • Chuẩn bị report định kỳ (tuần/tháng) về performance của từng fandom và insight thị trường.
  • Tham gia hỗ trợ triển khai các campaign của nghệ sĩ bao gồm và không giới hạn:event, ticketing, merch hoặc co-brand campaign liên quan đến fandom.
Qualifications
  • 2–4 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực music industry / artist management / creative agency / platform partnership / media & entertainment.
  • Hiểu thị trường âm nhạc Việt Nam, có network hoặc insight về nghệ sĩ và fandom.
  • Kỹ năng giao tiếp, làm việc nhóm và xử lý quan hệ đối tác tốt.
  • Chủ động, có tư duy logic, và khả năng tổ chức công việc hiệu quả.
  • Ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm thực hiện project với nghệ sĩ hoặc từng làm trong label, agency hoặc nền tảng streaming.
