Key Responsibilities

  • Develop robust, maintainable, and efficient frontend code for both web applications and 2D browser-based games.

  • Use HTML5 Canvas, JavaScript, CSS animations, and other relevant technologies to create interactive 2D game experiences.

  • Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend engineers to deliver seamless user experiences.

  • Implement and uphold best practices in coding standards, testing, and documentation.

  • Optimize both game and web performance for speed, scalability, and smooth rendering.

  • Participate in code reviews to maintain high-quality standards.

  • Stay updated on evolving frontend and game development technologies.

Requirements

  • Experience: at least 1 year in 2D game development (HTML5 Canvas, animations).

  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation, the JavaScript object model, and Canvas API.

Solid understanding of web frameworks such as + or +

  • Experience with game loops, sprite animations, and performance optimization in browser-based games.

  • Familiarity with newer ECMAScript standards.

  • Proficient understanding of CSS (including animations and transitions), LESS/SASS.

  • Proficient with version control tools (Git).

  • Good understanding of SEO principles for web projects.

Strong problem-solving skills, with a passion for both creative and technical challenges.
