Job Descriptions
- Supplier Management:
- Preparing and sending data/report to supplier.
- Working with suppliers regarding product documentation.
- Follow up shipments from suppliers after getting confirmation from suppliers and BOD.
- Promotion Execution:
- Work with internal teams to ensure promotion is active on time.
- Work closely with Sales Team to ensure the deployment of trade programs effectively.
- Activity Tracking & Evaluation:
- Monthly, track the promotion results and work with clients for reimbursement.
- Calculate monthly incentive based on client contract, Sub-DBs contract, and monthly incentive schemes.
- Follow up debit note related to supplier incentive, promotion schemes.
- Sales Performance Tracking:
- Daily tracking sales performance by Sub-DB/SR vs Target.
- Daily tracking stock situation to avoid Damaged goods/NED/Out of stock.
- Documentation work:
- Make monthly promotion announcement to Sales Team/Sub-DBs/Customers.
- Follow up and save the documents related to Marketing Team.
- Other tasks assigned by BOD
Job Requirements
- College with the Business Administration/ Marketing/ Economic major
- At least 2 years of Marketing/Economics/Business or related fields (FMCG is preferred)
- Sales data analysis skill
- English Communication B or over
- Planning skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Be willing to learn and able to adapt quickly.
- Can work under pressure
Time
: 8 AM - 5 PM. Monday - morning Saturday
