Role Description

1. Hardware & Device Management

• Set up and maintain office laptops, monitors, docks, and peripherals
• Manage enterprise-controlled devices (Intune/Jamf/MDM), enforce security, encryption, and access control
• Keep accurate hardware inventory; handle onboarding/offboarding device allocation
• Provide hardware troubleshooting and ensure compliance with IT policies.

2. Software & Team Tools Management

• Manage installation, updates, and licenses for team software and development tools
• Ensure secure configuration, permission control, and compliance on team software
• Support users with software issues (IDEs, collaboration tools, VPN, etc.)

3. Microsoft 365 Administration

• Manage user accounts, groups, permissions, and subscriptions
• Oversee Teams/OneDrive/SharePoint access and troubleshoot M365 services
• Implement MFA and basic security controls

4. Procurement, Upgrade & Disposal

• Plan and purchase new hardware; coordinate with vendors
• Manage lifecycle upgrades, warranty, and repairs
• Wipe, refurbish, or resell old devices securely

5. General IT Support

• Resolve IT tickets for hardware, software, and network issues
• Maintain office IT assets (WiFi, printers, meeting equipment)
• Document procedures, inventory, and system changes

# Job requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in an IT Support/IT Specialist/System Admin role.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft 365, CompTIA A+, Google IT Support, JAMF/Intune certifications).
• Experience in a tech, gaming, or fast-paced startup environment.
• Excellent communication and user-support skills.
• Strong organizational ability with attention to detail in inventory and documentation.
• Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
