Responsibilities

  • Review software requirements.
  • Deeply understand the design of the product.
  • Create and conduct Test Plans, Test Cases and Test Reports.
  • Review test methods and propose test plans for a new or updated software project
  • Report your own progress and timelines.
  • Be responsible for bugs validation and verification.
  • Analyze test results and reporting to the development team.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • Having experience with Unreal Engine is a big advantage.
  • Must be passionate about gaming, especially ARPG and Souls games (DemonSouls, DarkSoul, Sekiro, Nioh 2) and Hack & Slash games (Devil May Cry, Nier Automata)
  • Having at least 1-year experience in games/software testing is a big advantage.
  • Must be self-motivated and take initiative in performing tasks.
  • Thorough and diligent with tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Understand the process of games/software development.
  • Able to identify the root causes of an issue quickly.
  • Good at teamwork and communication skills.

  • Communicate QA findings clearly to cross-functional teams
  • Contribute to improving QA processes
  • Demonstrate knowledge of genre conventions for action RPGs and roguelites
