Account Manager – Global Projects & Expansion

We're looking for a
proactive, globally-minded Account Manager
to join our team and become the key connection between our clients and our consulting experts.

You'll play a critical role in helping international tech and consulting projects run smoothly — from communication and strategy to marketing execution and performance tracking.

What You'll Do

  • Be the client's trusted partner:
    Manage communication, set clear expectations, and ensure every project milestone is delivered with confidence.
  • Work side-by-side with consultants:
    Support research, analysis, and report preparation that drive strategic decisions.
  • Support marketing & sales growth:
    Help create materials, manage social media activity, and contribute to marketing and lead-generation campaigns.
  • Track what really matters:
    Monitor project performance, measure results, and share insights with both client and internal teams.
  • Drive collaboration:
    Help assess team structures, coordinate meetings, and support training programs for sales and marketing staff.
  • Solve problems before they happen:
    Spot risks early and turn them into opportunities for improvement.

What We're Looking For

  • Passion for building strong business relationships and earning trust.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects across cultures and time zones.
  • Minimum
    3 years of experience
    in business development, sales, or marketing — ideally in a
    tech or software environment.
  • Exposure to
    international markets
    (Asia-Pacific, Europe, or North America).
  • Hands-on experience with
    B2B sales processes, lead generation, or digital marketing campaigns.
  • Experience in the
    IT industry
    is a strong advantage.
