KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Xây dựng/Lập kế hoạch/
Planning/budgeting
- Hỗ trợ Giám đốc Trung Tâm Phân Tích Kinh Doanh trong việc lập kế hoạch & ngân sách hàng năm cho Phòng
Support Business Intelligence Center Director in annual planning/budgeting for the department
- Lập kế hoạch hành động để thực hiện phù hợp với chiến lược và chương trình nghị sự chung của BIC về mặt phân tích khoa học dữ liệu
Provide action plan to implement aligned with the overall strategy and agenda of BIC in term of data science
+ Quản lý nhân sự
/
People management
- Quản lý nhóm chú trọng giải quyết công việc, nâng cao chuyên môn và sự am hiểu về các vấn đề kinh doanh
Supervise and manage team members in focusing on dealing with problems, enhancing technical skillset and business proficiency
- Tập trung phát triển thế mạnh của mỗi nhân viên trực tiếp từ đó phát huy tối đa năng lực của họ
Build up strategy for a strong and qualified workforce of Data Science Unit

Day-to-day activities
- Chuyển đổi vấn đề kinh doanh thành khoa học dữ liệu
Transform and frame business problems to data science problems
- Chuẩn bị dữ liệu cho quá trình phân tích và dự đoán
Prepare data for analyzing and modelling
- Vận hành và giám sát vận hành các mô hình dự đoán
Operate and supervise operation of production predictive models
- Xây dựng mô hình và tìm kiếm insights từ dữ liệu
Develop models and mining data for insights
- Đánh giá hiệu quả mô hình và thực hiện các phân tích đi kèm để giải thích/chứng minh
Evaluate models and perform additional analytics to explain/prove statements
- Hỗ trợ giải quyết các yêu cầu khác từ các đơn vị kinh doanh
Support to resolve other tasks ordered by Business units
- Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác được giao bởi Giám Đốc Trung Tâm Phân Tích Kinh Doanh
Undertake other tasks assigned by Business Intelligence Center Director
YÊU CẦU/
REQUIREMENTS
+ Trình độ học vấn/
Education
- Tốt nghiệp kỹ sư hoặc tương đương ở ngành Khoa học Máy Tính
Engineering Degree or equivalent in Computer Science
- Tốt nghiệp chương trình Thạc Sĩ ngành Khoa học Máy Tính, Kinh Tế là ưu thế
Master Degree in Computer Science/Economics/Business is an advantage
+ Kinh nghiệm/
Experience
- Tối thiểu 3 năm kinh nghiệm trong việc phân tích và mô hình hóa dữ liệu với dữ liệu lớn
Require minimum 3 years of experience in data analytics and data models using advanced techniques related to big data
- Tối thiểu 1.5 năm kinh nghiệm trong việc quản lí và dẫn dắt đội nhóm giải quyết các bài toán khoa học dữ liệu
Require minimum 1.5 years of experience in role of management leading team to resolve business problems by applying data science

Being proficient in big data techniques

Expert in Data Science and being updated with trends of Data Science
- Kỹ năng giao tiết tốt, kỹ năng giao tiếp bằng lời nới và văn bản vững chắc
Excellent interpersonal skills, strong verbal and written communication skills
