The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.

About the Team:

The team drives Mid-Mile functional (Sorting Center & Linehaul) and cross- functional projects, aiming for operations excellence by optimizing operation cost, and improving productivity while committing the best delivery service to customers. The team leads and manages end-to-end strategic projects, from problem definition, business case establishment & proposal to communication with relevant stakeholders to execute projects per plan.

Also, the team is committed to providing the Operational team with the best support and consultant service in the most cost-effective way.

Job Description:

• Analyze operational metrics such as On-time, Productivity, and Cost efficiency… and highlight the challenges in Mid-mile operations as well as propose solutions/initiatives with supporting data./ Phân tích các chỉ số vận hành như Đúng giờ, Năng suất và Hiệu quả chi phí… và nêu bật các thách thức trong hoạt động vận chuyển đường trục (Mid-mile) cũng như đề xuất các giải pháp/sáng kiến với dữ liệu hỗ trợ.
• Implement projects with Stakeholders: create overall checklists, design operation flows, assist in handling issues, and provide monitoring dashboards/reports./ Triển khai các dự án với các Bên liên quan: tạo danh sách kiểm tra tổng thể, thiết kế quy trình vận hành, hỗ trợ xử lý các vấn đề và cung cấp bảng điều khiển/báo cáo giám sát.
• Collaborate with the Operation teams to plan capacity, design operation flow, and propose contingency plans during Big/Mega Campaigns, ensuring key metrics are committed./ Hợp tác với các đội Vận hành để lập kế hoạch năng lực, thiết kế quy trình vận hành và đề xuất các kế hoạch dự phòng trong các Chiến dịch Lớn/Siêu Lớn, đảm bảo các chỉ số chính được cam kết.
• Cooperate with the First Last Mile/Other project team on cross- functional projects./ Hợp tác với đội ngũ Vận chuyển chặng đầu/chặng cuối (First Last Mile)/Đội dự án khác trong các dự án đa chức năng.
• Other tasks are assigned by the Company from time to time./Những công việc khác được Công ty giao tùy từng thời điểm.

Requirements:

• Min 1+ years experience in positions related to PMO roles or Data Analysis
• Proficient in problem-solving skills: able to analyze issues and provide solutions based on reliable data
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Being able to present in English is a plus
• Capable of multi-tasking and time management
• Keen on exploring and interested in continuous process improvement
• Advanced Excel skills,
• Knowledge of Power Query and Power Pivots will be a plus
