WHAT YOU DO

  • You have a great instinct and use active sourcing to find the best talent from all over the world.
  • First impressions count. The job ads you create are anything but standard and immediately excite new talent from the first point of contact.
  • Zoi's People Magnet: In initial recruiting calls that you initiate and conduct, you gain a solid overview of potential new colleagues.
  • It's all about networking: That's why you build and nurture relationships with potential candidates to expand your talent network.
  • Smooth Operator You work closely with the HR team to ensure a seamless hiring process.
  • You rock various recruiting events, are open and approachable, and present Zoi in a charming, professional, and relatable way.
  • You support the coordination of onboarding processes.
  • With your experience, you help us expand our recruiting processes and creatively improve them when needed.

WHO YOU ARE

  • You love bringing together great tech and even greater people.
  • You enrich our team with at least five years of experience in IT recruiting.
  • You really enjoy using your communication skills and ability to inspire others in your job.
  • You have the right skills and tools to build an authentic and lasting network of candidates.
  • You are comfortable working independently and on your own initiative, and you are excited to help shape a fast-growing company.
  • You are fluent in English. Other foreign languages are always welcome.
