Golden Owl Digital (GODI) – a member of Golden Owl Corporation – is looking for a strategic and hands-on
Marketing Leader
to define and execute our marketing vision.

You will lead a young team of 20 marketers across SEO, Ads, Content, and IMC campaigns, positioning GODI as a top Marketing agency in Southeast Asia. You will also work directly with international clients in Singapore, Australia, and Europe, in a fully English-first, technology-driven environment.

This is an ideal role for a hybrid leader: someone who can set high-level strategy while still being able to dive into campaign execution, manage cross-functional collaboration, and coach a growing marketing team.

Your Responsibilities

1. Strategy & Planning

• Design and execute integrated marketing strategies with a strong focus on SEO and Paid Ads.
• Position GODI as a trusted and innovative agency partner for global clients.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all client-facing and internal channels.

2. Campaign Leadership & Budget Management

• Oversee multi-channel campaigns (SEO, Ads, Social, Content, PR, Events) from planning to execution.
• Manage marketing budgets, monitor ROI, and optimize performance.
• Collaborate with Marketing Execution teams to deliver measurable client success.

3. Analytics & Performance

• Track and analyze campaign performance using key metrics (lead generation, brand awareness, conversion, ROI).
• Leverage insights to optimize strategies, propose improvements, and guide decision-making.

4. Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of 20 young marketers.
• Create a culture of learning, collaboration, and accountability.
• Partner closely with Product and Business Development teams to align campaigns with growth KPIs.

5. Market Research & Brand Building

• Conduct research on trends, competitors, and industry best practices.
• Innovate and propose new approaches to strengthen GODI's positioning as a leading SEO & Ads agency.

Must have

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics, or related fields.
• 5+ years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role (agency or multi-client environment preferred).
• Strong strategic planning and execution skills, with a business-oriented mindset.
• Proven success in SEO and Paid Ads campaign management.
• Strong knowledge of branding, positioning, and market analysis.
• Tracked record in managing teams and achieving measurable results.
• Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken).
• High teamwork orientation – able to align different teams and stakeholders toward shared goals.

Nice to have

• Experience in digital marketing agencies or managing multi-industry clients.
• Exposure to both B2B and B2C campaigns.
• Knowledge of APAC digital marketing landscape.
• Passion for coaching and developing young talent.
