Mô tả công việc
  • Tiếp nhận và xử lý kịp thời các yêu cầu hỗ trợ người dùng các lỗi liên quan đến máy tính, mạng máy tính, phần mềm, các thiết bị ngoại vi (UPS, máy in, photocopy, máy Scan, máy chiếu, thiết bị phong hop ...);
  • Cài đặt máy tính cấp cho nhân viên mới (Hệ điều hành, email, máy in, scan, software thông dụng...);
  • Hỗ trợ họp trực tuyến video conference, Zoom, Webex, Teams...;
  • Quản trị hệ thống mạng đảm bảo hoạt động ổn định: LAN, VPN Office, switch, wifi;
  • Hỗ trợ người dùng kết nối mạng LAN/Wifi/Internet;
  • Hướng dẫn và hỗ trợ người dùng các vấn đề CNTT;
  • Phối hợp với các chuyên viên khác để xử lý sự cố phức tạp;
  • Triển khai, nâng cấp và quản lý hạ tầng phần cứng theo sự phân công của trưởng nhóm;
  • Tham gia phân loại, xử lý sự cố mức 1 theo hướng dẫn;
  • Tổng hợp các sự cố, các lỗi thường gặp, thông tin công nghệ và chia sẻ cho các thành viên khác;
  • Chuyển tiếp hoặc báo cáo các sự cố khó xử lý lên cấp cao hơn;
  • Quản trị hệ thống tổng đài tại TSC;
  • Hỗ trợ các bộ phận có thẩm quyền kiểm tra Camera;
  • Nghiên cứu và triển khai các tools, ứng dụng phục vụ cho công việc;
  • Thực hiện các công việc khác theo yêu cầu của bộ phận.
Yêu cầu công việc
  • Tốt nghiệp Đại học trở lên chuyên ngành Công nghệ thông tin, Quản trị mạng, Điện tử viễn thông... hoặc các chuyên ngành liên quan
  • Có ít nhất 2 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tương đương
  • Sử dụng thành thạo các công cụ hỗ trợ dịch vụ IT.
  • Có kiến thức tốt về các hệ điều hành Windows, Linux; LAN/WAN, thiết bị máy văn phòng;
  • Có kiến thức về phân cứng, phần mềm, thiết bị văn phòng, mạng máy tính.
  • Có khả năng trao đổi thuyết trình, đưa ra giải pháp chuyển đổi các yêu cầu kinh doanh/ nghiệp vụ sang các yêu cầu về kỹ thuật.
