Our client,
a leading multinational in the ride-hailing industry
, is seeking a highly organized and proactive
Marketplace Account Manager
to manage key partners, support business growth initiatives, and ensure seamless execution across daily operations and cross-functional projects.


Location:
Mapletree Business Center, District 7, HCMC


Working hour:
Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM


Salary:
12,500,000 VND (Gross) + Incentives

Role Description

  • Keep track with sales performance via optimizing promotion & media budget, reacting to market demands and competitor activities
  • Develop business with key corporate accounts and responsible for daily account servicing enquiries of incoming and existing clients
  • Develop strategic account plans and processes to manage enterprise/corporate accounts efficiently and effectively
  • Grow channel via optimizing current accounts, recruiting new clients, constantly upselling of new Grab solutions
  • Delights customers by proactively assessing, clarifying and validating customer needs on an ongoing basis
  • Drive and overview operations process with cross functional teams to bring project live
  • Analyze data to give action for merchant problems & growth solutions.

Qualifications

  • 1-3
    year of experience in
    AM/BD roles at E-commerce platform or E-com roles in Brand/Enabler
    .
  • Logical thinking,
    good sense of number
  • Detail oriented and comfortable with operational tasks
  • Good skill at making presentation
  • Willing to go extra miles to come up with new solutions
  • Strong communication skills in both Vietnamese & English
  • Ability to effectively handle multiple clients & stakeholders, manage time, prioritize tasks and work within deadlines with little supervision.
