Job Title: Trainer
Reporting: Training Manager
Location: Vietnam
Tasks – Activities – Responsibilities
1.Development and Delivery of Training Programs:
- Design and implement both public and in-house training programs related to QHSE management systems.
- Conduct training sessions in offline, online, or hybrid formats.
- Develop training outlines, materials, presentations, and instructional guides.
2. Program Evaluation and Support:
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs.
- Address client inquiries related to the certification process.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest regulations, standards and industry best practices.
3. Strategic Contributions:
- Provide guidance to management on training and development strategies.
- Identify and support opportunities for cross-selling Bureau Veritas services as needed.
- Execute additional tasks as assigned by the Training Manager.
4. Compliance and Quality Assurance:
- Ensure adherence to the BV Quality Assurance System, QHSE policy, Codes of Ethics, and BV Group's policies and procedures.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Certificate as a QHSE Lead Auditor (IRCA certified) is required.
- Background in Social and Sustainability standards is preferred;
- 3–5 years of experience in QHSE training and auditing.
- Strong understanding of local and international QHSE regulations and standards.
Technical and professional skills
- Expertise in developing and delivering training content using various methods (mentoring, coaching, in-classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations, etc.);
- Proficiency in training management systems and advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office and relevant software.
- Excellent time management, multi-tasking, and planning abilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to adapt to various training styles (offline, online, hybrid)
- Adaptable to different training styles (offline, online and hybrid)
- Capable of working in various workplace environments
- Occasional travel between company sites may be required
- Strong Problem-Solving, decision making abilities
- Fluent in reading, writing & speaking English.
