About the job

Responsible for managing, coordinating, and supervising production activities at the vehicle assembly line and electronics line; ensuring output, quality, safety, and efficiency in line with Dat Bike's production plan and standards.

Responsibilities
Production Management

  • Plan and coordinate production activities at vehicle and electronics lines.
  • Monitor production progress to ensure daily/weekly/monthly targets are met.
  • Ensure operators comply with SOPs, WIs, and technical standards.

Quality Management

  • Collaborate with QA/QC to monitor and control product quality.
  • Handle production issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure products meet company standards and legal requirements.

People Management

  • Manage, train, and develop team leaders, technicians, and operators.
  • Foster accountability, discipline, and a strong teamwork culture.

Safety & Workplace

  • Ensure compliance with occupational safety and fire prevention regulations.
  • Implement and sustain 5S, maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workplace.

Continuous Improvement & Reporting

  • Lead improvement initiatives (Lean, Kaizen, TPM) to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on production, quality, manpower, and equipment to management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's/College degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Electronics, Mechatronics, Industrial Management, or related fields.
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing (preferably in EVs, automotive, or electronics).
  • Proven experience managing production teams of 20–50 operators.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical assembly and electronic production processes.
  • Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, TPM.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • English proficiency is an advantage.
